Who we are

Eachtra, Berlin. Questions or requests about your data: rory@eachtraagency.com

What we collect

If you accept cookies: the pages you visit, how you found us (such as the ad or link you clicked), basic device information, and your email if you fill in one of our forms. We use this to understand which of our marketing works, and share visits and enquiries with Meta so we can measure and improve our ads. If you decline, nothing is recorded or shared.

If you fill in a form: the details you enter, so we can reply and work with you.

We don't sell your data. Trusted service providers store it for us.

Google Ads data

We manage Google Ads accounts for ourselves and for clients who give us access. With the account owner's permission, our internal tools use the Google Ads API to read campaign settings and performance data (such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions) and, where agreed, to pause, resume or change budgets and campaigns.

We use this only to report on and manage that client's advertising. The data is stored in our own systems and with trusted service providers that host them, and is only seen by that client and by us. We don't sell it, use it to advertise to other people, or share it with anyone else.

Eachtra's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Clients can remove our access at any time in their Google Ads account, and can ask us to delete their data by emailing us.

TikTok Ads data

We manage TikTok ad accounts for ourselves and for clients who give us access through TikTok Business Center. With the account owner's permission, our internal tools use the TikTok Marketing API to read campaign settings and performance data (such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions) and, where agreed, to create, edit, pause or resume campaigns and upload creatives.

We use this only to report on and manage that client's advertising. We don't collect data about individual TikTok users, and we don't sell the data, use it to advertise to other people, or share it with anyone else. It is stored in our own systems and with trusted service providers that host them, and is only seen by that client and by us.

Clients can remove our access at any time in TikTok Business Center, and can ask us to delete their data by emailing us.

Meta Ads data

We manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts and Pages for ourselves and for clients who give us access through Meta Business Manager. With the account owner's permission, our internal tools use the Meta Marketing API to read campaign settings and performance data (such as spend, impressions, clicks and conversions) and, where agreed, to create, edit, pause or resume campaigns, ad sets, ads and ad creatives, and to read the Page details needed to run those ads.

We use this only to report on and manage that client's advertising. We don't collect data about the people who see or interact with the ads, and we don't sell the data, use it to advertise to other people, or share it with anyone else. It is stored in our own systems and with trusted service providers that host them, and is only seen by that client and by us.

Eachtra's use of information received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms.

Clients can remove our access at any time in Meta Business Settings, and can ask us to delete their data as described below.
